Wilkinsons has changed dramatically over the 6 years I have been here – the transition has been one of great creativity, innovation and customer focused thinking and I am extremely lucky to have been a part of such a fast paced organisation. This rapid evolution has meant an expanding workforce with exciting opportunities – whilst still retaining the charm and friendliness of a small family company.
Stage 1: Submit an online application. Closing date 9th July 2010
Stage 2: Telephone Interview, A quick chat for us to get to know you better.
Stage 3: Taster Day, Your chance to interview us!
Stage 4: Selection Centre. Early July at our head office for a series of exercises
Taster Day
The taster day is your chance to interview us! You’ll be invited to our head office for a day that will include the opportunity for you to put your questions to a panel of senior managers and people from the department you’re applying to work in. This is an opportunity for you to find out a bit more about our business and our graduate schemes in a relaxed atmosphere. The taster day will take place in February.
Selection Centre
The selection centre will take place at our Head Office late February or early March depending on the scheme you are applying for.

We want you to give yourself the best chance you can of succeeding, so before you make an application for a place on one of our graduate schemes you should:
Do some research:

Our Graduate Schemes
Unfortunately we are no longer accepting applications for our 2012 graduate schemes. We will be accepting applications for 2013 later this year. Watch this space!
